Fairway is AI-powered vehicle title and registration software for auto dealers, lenders, fleet management companies, DMVs and titling partners. Fairway is the trade name of Palermo Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and was founded by Tyler Raugh and Conrado Marturet.
Our journey began when Tyler, our CEO, founded Booster Fuels and expanded its fleet to more than two hundred hazmat tankers. Managing that fleet meant facing the full complexity of title and registration: endless paperwork, manual tasks and no effective tools.
After nearly a decade consulting with some of the largest fleet management companies and fleets in the country, it was clear the problem was widespread and in need of a solution. At the same time Conrado, Tyler’s classmate at Stanford Graduate School of Business, had scaled his fintech startup to 200 people and was eager to take on new challenges in AI.
Together they set out to rebuild titling with software: a rules engine that codifies the law, an AI audit that checks the paperwork and form automation that fills the forms, for everyone in the title ecosystem: dealers, lenders, fleets and DMVs. Results like South Carolina’s 65% faster title audits show what that looks like in practice.

Previously founded Aper, a software company serving financial institutions. Before Aper, was Machine Learning Projects Coordinator at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. MBA from Stanford, BS from ITBA, MS in Robotics from Politecnico di Milano.
